On April 27th,  2021, the membership of Dogwood City Grotto came together to discuss, debate & vote on a proposed amendment to the bylaws of the grotto.

The amendment updated a section on member governance, and was modeled from an article in the bylaws of the NSS.

The Chair is very pleased to announce that the members present voted overwhelmingly to approve the amendment, which takes effect immediately. We are pleased to be closer in sync with our parent organization, and believe this will benefit the grotto & all its members.
