Come out and enjoy an evening together with your fellow cavers celebrating Christmas! This will be an BYOB, potluck style event of fun and fellowship for all. We ask is that you bring a side dish of some sort and your karstmas spirit. The grotto will provide the meat. Dinner will get going around 6:30pm, but feel free to come early.
There will be a white elephant gift exchange with a limit of $15. For those who wish to participate, please bring a gift.
Jeff and Nina Martin of Inner Mountain Outfitters will be our hosts for the event. Their facility has indoor gathering space, plenty of outdoor camping, and a store front with all the gear needed to get you there. Be sure to bring your preferred payment option to pick up those last minute gifts. This is a fun event for the entire family!
This will not be a Grotto meeting, it is purely just fun and fellowship. Feel free to reach out to any member of the Board of Directors or call the caving hotline with any questions you may have.
On Sunday the 22nd, we will be having the TAG Fall Cave In Wrap Up Meeting at 1pm at Inner Mountain Outfitters. This is an opportunity for the event staff and leadership to discuss the event, what went well, and what could be improved for next year. This meeting is open to grotto members and event staff in good standing.
