Intermediate/Advanced Vertical Trip to Flowing Stone Pit

Meet location: Uncle Jed's Gas Station

Time: 11:00 AM Eastern time

Flowing Stone Pit is a vertical cave on the Crockford Pigeon Mtn WMA. A fishing license with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is required to be on the property. The Pit is a 226' drop with a hanging (Nothing to stand on) rebelay (Rope tied off to bolts mid-way down the pit). If you have not done a rebelay before or are unsure about your ability to do this pit, please reach out to the trip leader before registering.
